He wiffs the AOO, instead planting the axe squarely in your hands. It's Mwk Adamantine, but that's all you know.
He shouts: "DISARM HIM!" Hound 1 disarms you with a 28. This is a RANGED attack, so Sudden Block won't work. Hound 3 disarms Frederick with a 28. Frederick turn.

Frederick doesn't seem to care about the disarming, as he simply picks up the weapon and attempts to whack the third hound upside the head.
(Move Action to pick up weapon, taking AOOs, then power attacking Hound 3)

A mighty shield bash from Loric as the dwarf picks up his greataxe hits him for 5 damage!
Loric bashes the dwarf thrice for 20, 20 and 15 for 8, 5 and 8 damage respectively.
"Surrender now?"
