You see a caravan of five wagons in a line, each drawn by two horses. There are assorted persons on foot, as well. Not too many armored people, though.
"All right, this is it," Says Driso. "Let's charge the caravan... NOW!"
(Due to the nature of this battle, we will NOT use a grid for this [at least not yet], but rather tell me which person or wagon you charge towards first. [first wagon in line, second, etc. or armored person nearest whichever]. Also, initiatives.

Charging the horse at the foremost wagon, to hopefully panic it or failing that, stop it in its tracks.

The horses, unaccustomed to battle, bolt, but some of them fall over, bringing the wagons with them due to the entanglement. Six soldiers emerge from one of the wagons, drawing light crossbows as they do. They are in charge range
Init: tas: 26 Dorian: 22 GS: 20 Soldiers: 15 Ullar: 11 LW: 6
Enemy soldier fails save and is dazed. He does not draw his weapons. Dorian turn.
Damage: Soldier 1, 1 hp lost

Enemy Bleeds, one soldier draws weapon
other four attempt to shoot GS with crossbow (b/c of how dangerous he is) 12, 6, 20 (crit threat: 15 to confirm), and 15 to hit. result: one hit 4 damage Two reload [using their shield-clad arm, and thus sacrificing the bonus], other two drop crossbows and draw short swords, moving in between you and the crossbowmen. Formerly dazed soldier moves into position with his crossbow.
They are already wearing shields, btw.
Damage: Soldier 1: 1 Soldier 2: 16 damage, bleeding GS, Unnamed Red Shirt: 4 damage
Soldiers 3, 4: swordsmen now Soldiers 1, 5, 6: crossbowmen

The standing crossbowman in back shouts "A CASTER! I'll get the summoning guy" He shoots at LW, 19 to hit for 5 damage Other standing crossbowman rolls 18 to hit, 6 damage (against tas) The crossbowman standing in the grease tries to move away, but slips and falls. The two previously fallen swordsmen try to get up
