Joran can redeem the +2 Unholy Longsword in the Purity Forge for 9,000gp (will be recouped when sold), making it a +2 Redeemed Longsword. This process will take 9 days. He can use the 6,000gp of magical crafting supplies as well, reducing the out of pocket cost initially to only 3k. He will be crafting at 95% cost in Drezen, so only 8,550gp is required overall; 2,250gp after the crafting supplies are accounted for.

He can then begin to redeem the +2 Keen Unholy Greatsword in the Purity Forge. This will take 11,000gp (also will be recouped) and 11 days; 10,450gp when crafting it in Drezen. This one may not be completed before we move onto book four, but will pretty certainly be started. I will deduct its expense up front for simplicity, and if Ullar allows us to buy things on credit (ie: we will be selling a +2 Keen Redeemed Greatsword in an exact number of days; here is an IOU) I will add what is earned from selling it now.

EDIT: I prefer Amulet of NA instead which doesn't stack with Ring of protection so someone else can have the ring

Ring of protection is deflection and Amulet of natural armor is natural armor, so they stack. You can have the book if you want.

Also if'n ya don't mind I'ma have JJ claim one of those +2 cloaks and sell his +1 cloak.
