First things first here is my proposed item for my 50k wish:
Chained Lightning
This +1 cold iron lance is shaped like a black lightning bolt heavily bound by chains. When preforming a charge while mounted the wielder may use X mythic power to transform into lightning and move up to double of his mounts speed, re-materializing at the target of the charge. Creatures in the path of the lightning take 1d6 points of electricity damage and objects take damage as per the lightning bolt spell. If the lightning strikes an object or barrier and fails to burst through it, the creature wielding the lance appears next to the impacted object and is staggered for 1 round. Movement while in lightning form does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
