WAR!

General Marua speaks, "Minor District 37 has been turned into shadows - someone thought to be Zin 'Death Head' was seen nearby, undead are trying to exit the catacombs, and undead are attacking other people, too. Enth is enduring an undead onslaught. The Skylands have conquered many of our smaller cities and towns, though roughly 3/4 are still under our control. Everfrost Valley has attacked. General Ikonin is sending plague zombies. If this weren't all at once, I'd think it was probably unrelated to the other undead, but... well, it isn't. Therren is sending his priests in the chaos... I think they're more of a local matter, though. And finally, multiple faeries have been raiding our merchants' convoys, most people missing. A few berserker guards and wild men (barbarians, rangers, druids, hunters) managed to escape, and reported they were taking prisoners."

Emperor Lox: "And our heaviest hitter is still recovering... the antimagic field hasn't helped as much as I'd have hoped... Any idea when we'll be able to release him?"

Grenth: "Our best physicians think he may recover in a few months, but no sooner. Probably longer."

Adrasteia considers things slightly.

"I have experience dealing with the Fey, and I know of several significant faction members that could be involved in this attack...just as I know of several fey members that are not involved. I have friends among the Enth and Drow races that I can call upon to perhaps grant us additional support, and I'll investigate the attacks and see about handling the issue itself".

After weighing this up, Adrasteia continues on with her analysis "As far as Everfrost Valley is concerned, its an issue that could spiral out of control if not dealt with. I can bypass the teleport traps around the city where Therren likely holds residence, and attempt to see if we could enlist his aid in eliminating General Ikonin. The resulting conflict could weaken, if not cripple both factions, leading the Empire itself to mop up both of them. I'll likely attempt a diplomatic meeting with Therren first, and see what resources he has available, before returning and letting our more strategic minded individuals coordinate a battle plan.Loric, I know you hate me going in alone into conflict, but unless anyone else can bypass their defences like I can, its going to be difficult. If such a way could be found, I'd still prefer a female only party, during the diplomatic meeting I'd like to subtly undermine Therren as much as possible in the eyes of his followers, it might help when we attempt to eventually rid the area of his own cult. There is apparently a small faction on the outskirts of the city that follows neither of the two cults in Everfrost, if someone could convert or turn them to our cause it could work to our advantage."

"Lastly I'd like to investigate Minor District 37. Zin was last located there, and tracking him down is of paramount importance. If he is still there, then we can engage him, and if he has since left, information might still be found so we could learn of his future plans or current location. Even if there is nothing to be found, eliminating the Undead presence in Minor District 37 should encourage Enth that we can deal with a similar outbreak if they need assistance, something that should help diplomatic relations."

Adrasteia turns to Loric.

"If its fighting you want, heading towards Enth might be the best bet, as I would prefer we finally hit Everfrost slightly later, with as much of a group force as we can spare. I'd also prefer that the Skylands are dealt with before Everfrost Valley, as it seems Everfrost could be attempting to pull strings there as well, and I'd prefer we amass as large a force with as many allies as we can if we attempt to attack it, during my research after all, the defences looked to be substantial. If we delay an Everfrost attack, then it remains a threat to use against Therren should he prove...uncooperative, and I'd prefer to have as many options as possible during my meeting".

tl;dr Adrasteia would prefer Minor District 37, The Skylands and Enth to be handled first, giving her time to establish diplomatic relations with various Fey and Therren that we can then bring to bear against Everfrost.

"I and Miya can go to Enth. We'd need someone diplomatically capable with us."

"I will go with Luce to Enth."

Miyamora: "I will accompany Loric and Luce, unless I'm needed as a driver to the Skylands."

"The attack from the Everfrost Valley sounds like it could cause the most long-term damage. I'm going there."

Loric's plans:
1) Contact Hope in regards to "last planet in existence suffering from a global war; does this count as 'time of need'?", asking for his take on the situation, especially beneficial long term-actions and impact of war on Fate's imprisonment and where Hope thinks Loric should go.
If step 1 gave a new, original target, go there with Miya and Luce.
2) Commune one question: "Is the undead attack in Ironhelm a more immediate threat than Enth or Skylands?"
If answer was positive, go take care of the undead assault in Ironhelm with Miya and Luce.
3) Else go to Skylands with Miya and Luce.

Dropping Enth in favour of Adrasteia. She has contacts there and Skylands are nicer. Airships!
