You see four people, who you may recognize (nobility for more on some of them) appear in front of one airship and get on. Amid a battle, multiple imperial soldiers retreat onto it, and it takes off. You see an imperial captain left behind.
The captain turns to you, despite your invisibility. "I should have known my brother's warriors would be involved in this... you want the city that badly? Fine. The governor is in revolt, and certainly not someone ... 'Driso' I think he's going by now? ... would want leading anyone. Under the Order Restored Act, bring peace and order to the city, and execute the governor for us and it's yours... we can be patient in reclaiming it into the Empire."
He then turns into a dragon and paralyzes a large chunk of the governor's army with a weird gas.

<Aura_Guardian> you're a wall away from him, so you're a bit of a move towards him <Aura_Guardian> so: arrow range, but not charge range <Aura_Guardian> and there's a corner <Aura_Guardian> like, 200 feet or so ok, let's figure out what buffs we set up while we're invisible before we engage i have 4 mythic points; one of these will be spent on a Heroism for claire, and maybe one for Milliana as well; i'll also be casting Haste on the whole party right before we engage if you have a request or suggestion post it; i'd like to get this underway by this time tomorrow |

using a mythic point for mythic improved init for initiative of 29, leaving me with 3 points using one of those for Heroism on Claire, leaves 2 another one goes to Heroism on Milliana, 1 left which i will hang on to gonna cast mirror image, shield, and haste as well before we break invisibility and start combat <the_angry_scientist> 1d4+2 mirror images <Alea> the_angry_scientist, mirror images: 4 [1d4=2] |

i move 60 feet directly towards the governor for my surprise round action; once the surprise round ends and we go to normal init, i move another 60 feet towards him and cast Glitterdust on him and his group; dc is 18
