Okay, you had some stuff in the other thread, but I think here is better, now (and possibly faster). Ullar, please say you're back or something, if you still want to be.
Anyway, post general objectives here, including about what results you'd want on various dice and what your baselines are. I'll do some downtime computations for you. (Re: how good your disguise is, how good your mannerisms of the impersonated house, etc.)

The aristocratic families of Acervum: 114 in all. I won't bother naming them now. There's one for just about anything.
Yes, this is a port city. It imports most of its food from the southern (including equitorial) parts of the empire (this is maybe 2/3 to 3/4 of the way up north). Brencis leads in a way that doesn't please many, but that gets the job done.

Splendentium, which years ago partly joined with the Royal line (though the rest of them are in Ironhelm)
Canis, a junior house to Lupi
Tenabrae, a tiefling house with a sinister reputation
Ludio, an often-ifrit house led by Governor Brencis Ludio, who is a rare human in said house.
Letum, a white-dragonblood house with only three remaining members, all who are rather old, but deceptively spry for their years
Novum, a rare house with no dragon or outsider blood in it, having been promoted to nobility after working at it tooth and nail
Mort, a house with only one member, a lich who prefers to keep mobs terrified of him than simply hide who he is

Sagit, a house of proud military folk, they focus more on archery than anything else, and look down on firearms as "cheating"
Infernus, a tiefling house. They prefer serving in government capacities of command, or in the courts.
Celestus, an aasimar house. They run various charities, and maintain the fountains attached to Decanters of Endless Water
Dahanian, a red dragonblood house that has made a few too many enemies by reason of their foul tempers
Aurum, a house that controls much of the market.
Argen, a house that maintains a silver mine used as a prison.
Urbicus, the house in charge of law enforcement in the main regions of town.
Runic, the house that runs the temple of Asmodeus.
Ordus, the house that runs the temple of Abadar.
Liber, the house that runs the temples of Shelyn and Calistria.
