When you're in the main temple room, ten gunshots ring out. Initiatives, and I'll put up the map after they're all rolled. But in general, you're in the middle of a small crowd (refugees, the faithful, and some who were just in the area beforehand) with the cultists out of the crowd.

Still waiting for Maxim's initiative, but here's the general layout of the main room. Character tokens are not yet placed. The gray squares are statues, the red curve at the top is where the priests speak, the brown rectangles are pews - difficult terrain, the green circles are trees, and the multicolor areas are indoor gardens. Taking general starting location requests.

I'll stealth, and try to stay within 30 feet of the nearest target. This makes my position subject to change depending on how the enemy is spread out, but ideally speaking I wouldn't stand so far forward as to be isolated from everyone else.

In front of the big doors the enemy will be entering through (they are entering there, right?) so that they have to go past me/stop at me. Drink potions of barkskin, shield of faith, bear's endurance.

Good point, if we get buff time, then I'll cast Shield of Faith, Bless, See Invisibility and Prayer (tho ideally id cast prayer when enemies were within a 40 foot radius from me). If not, no harm done.
