"... I said that she called in a favor I owed her. Nothing more. And you still attempt to apply to me concepts that exist outside my state of being."

Raijin gives Hope a suspicious look, before sighing and sheathing his Naginata. "Very well, I suppose I can put that aside for now. It does seem like a rather silly plan to call people on both sides of a conflict, but no matter."

"So, about my question... do you wish to see some of that which lies ahead? It will not be everything, by any means, and either path - yes or no - allows for success."

"---"
Gritting his teeth, Loric says: "Show us."
"...so we know where the fabric of time is loose, even if the good paths are hidden after the revelations, for us to be forced open."

Zephyr considers the question quietly while others were speaking. "No, I think I must agree with Lynx. The future's not quite set, and I would think that the less we know, the less we have holding us down."

Oros' ears perk up as he shows much excitement. "I say yes, if only so I can compare the vision to how events will actually unfold." He takes his notebook and charcoal out. "It will be fascinating living through history as it happens!"

"I..........." Luce is standing there confused unsure as to how to go from here, feeling like he is trapped between a rock and a hard place "show me..."

"Know that my brother has set some things in stone, but after each of these visions is a choice. My brother is weakened, restrained, so I can change... some of his decrees. Or allow them to be changed. These visions themselves are very likely to pass... but with very specific actions, they can be prevented as well. Those who wished to see the future then see: Luce You're arguing with your brother. A strange spirit appears, glowing with malevolent energy. It seems to be red lightning and an icy blue-green fire, all at once. It enters your brother, and he turns to strike you. No matter what you do, he parries. Spells melt away before him, and any weapon, even a stick, that you bring against him is batted aside with contemptuous ease. The vision melts as his sword descends on your neck.
Adresteia You appear in a temple. It has prominent symbols of Calistria. Whips and knives dart about you, and it's all you can do to dodge. A voice rings out, "For what purpose do you fight, for what reason do you seek vengeance?"
It all melts away, revealing an area. One of your tormenters is there, and he shouts, "ON YOUR KNEES MORTAL!" and a crippling agony drops you.
It melts again. You see the same tormenter, only with his head beneath your heel, and he's not breathing.
Vulthen You see a temple of Milani. You enter with some others. All fellow cultists. Suddenly you feel conflicted. The temple radiates comfort to you, and a voice whispers, "My son... believe not the demon lord's lies. He kidnapped you from your home, he did not save you!" Then you attack. All the cultists join you, and you see the all nine of the others at the temple. And the temple falls. All of them die.
Then you see naught but pain and suffering. The world itself gathers to a close, and all the races of fiend rule over a dead world.
Hope's voice rings out, "It does not have to be this way..."
Oros You see five mages standing around a circle with a sacrifice in it. "And so," they say together, "Lord Fate shall be freed!" You then see three places. Frozeover Fortress. The Fire Temple of Everfrost Valley. The Ice Cube, royal palace of the empire. Frozeover is in disrepair, and a central chamber, a mighty prison cell, is empty. You see Ice spreading in the Fire Temple, and chains holding a dark figure break. The figure is like Hope, but his eyes are of pure black, and his clothing also black as night. You see many circles of blood, flowing in chambers. And a minor bubble in the pipe. It flows into the waiting circle, biding the same dark figure. And when the bubble strikes, the chains break.
A dark voice, more deadly than anything you can imagine, rings out. "Freedom. Just as I decreed. Now the world shall slowly die." Loric You're running down the corridors of the Ice Cube. There is panic everywhere, and blood is in the air. You finally arrive, and see Emperor Bonum Temporis, your father's first cousin, lying on the ground, bloody. Three crossbow bolts are in him. He croaks out, "No... Don't... you don't know... ... you must not... don't go in there. It..." He faints, bleeding. You see before you some rebels, a few of them ones present today.
Jenara You see two beings. Hope, and a dark version of him. Hope unleashes a blast of energy at the other... which has no discernible effect. Then Hope says, "Now is your chance!" as the dark being's sword swings towards Hope. Then you see Hope's head rolling across the ground, coming to rest. The dark being speaks, "Time for you to die like my brother. This world is at it's end."
To the rest of you, he turns and speaks. "While knowledge is one way to combat what lies ahead, so too are luck and will. To you I bestow these gifts: Raijin +2 Luck Bonus on all d20 rolls until death
Lynx +2 Luck Bonus on all d20 rolls until death
Warden Second Piece of the Chain. Same powers as other half of the chain, but if combined with it, causes Warden and any of his summons (including Jacob) to treat all undead (including themselves, in case of summons) as not immune to mind-affecting powers [unless the undead is mindless].
Zephyr The Rewrite. One/lifetime, turn back time and do things differently.

Loric spaces back to reality, closes his eyes and sighs heavily.
"I need more clarity and self-control. Otherwise I betray those who have bestowed miracles to me. Thank you, Hope."

Oros is scribbling furiously. "Frozeover... Fire Temple... The Palace... Black figure, reverse of Hope, probably this dreaded Fate, in Fire Temple. ...Freed." Oros pauses and contemplates this. "Did anyone else get any visions so... dire?"
