After defeating the Mi-Go invasion and killing the Dark Young below the lake, the party returns to the surface of the lake. Finally, while one is certainly not going to find high end spellcasting services like Wish or Miracle, they might with a little digging be able to find a spellcaster willing to use a workaround to fixing a cursed item that is just as good.
