My wishlist, in order of things I want from most to least:
-Headband of Wis
-Circulet of Persuasion
-Cloak of Free Will or +3 Cloak of Resistance
-Upgraded belt of Dexterity
-Upgraded buckler (is there any cool enchantments for these)
-Int/Wis headband
-Dex/Con belt

Repository, 2 Offices, 1 Scriptorium, 1 Sewer Access, 1 Sitting
Room, 2 Storages, 3 Workstations
The headquarters for a guild or similar organization.
The example Guild Hall from UC is:
Guildhall
Create 67 Goods, 66 Labor (2,660 gp)
Rooms 1 Common Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Lavatory, 2 Offices, 1 Secret Room, 1 Sitting Room, 2 Storages, 3 Workstations
The headquarters for a guild or similar organization.
The former is preferred.

Updated wishlist whenever we get the chance
-Upgraded Cloak of Resistance (+3) or Cloak of Free Will
-Catskin Leather
-Upgraded belt of Dexterity
-Upgrade wis headband to wis/int band
-Upgrade gun to holy?
-Upgrade buckler to Defiant v Evil outsiders

-Upgrade Belt of Con to +4 for Atticus

A structure for housing or selling horses and other mounts.
OR THIS (THIS ONE, THE 2ND ONE, IS PREFERRED)
Tenement
Rooms 4 Bunks, 1 Kitchen, 1 Lavatory, 1 Office, 1 Storage
A flophouse for housing a large number of people who pay low rent.

Yeah Jekkajak will work on any stuff that comes along that Louise/Ellen don't have time to handle or don't feel like handling.
Anyway, my wishlist for the moment
-Upgrade Belt of DEX +2 to Belt of Dex/Con +4
-Tremorboots (won't need these until 13 though)
