I 5 foot SE and cast ray of enfeeblement on the orc that was N of me. 11 to hit touch, 4 STR damage, DC 14 will to halve.
Jacob 5 foots N and full attacks orc X. 8 and 22 to hit on claws, 4 damage on the one that hits.
