I suppose we could offer the rightful owner the gold difference [14,000gp] so he can pay a wizard to upgrade it, though...

Presumably the ring Bell replaced it with looks different though. I doubt it was made by the same craftsman.

EDIT: It is now updated to everything except LightWolf's purchases, the Boots of Teleportation I claimed, Lightwolf's Ring of Protection +4, and some of my purchases after.
